Elav Circus perfectly represents the philosophy of the Independent Elav Brewery: it is restaurant, pub, shop, beer shop, tasting area, reading room, theatre and, finally, B&B.

It has been designed down to the smallest detail and is divided into two areas: the upper floor is a large reading room with free wi-fi, where guests can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

In addition to freshly-made meat, vegetarian and vegan burgers, the menu also offers pizza and rotating dishes. Inside the restaurant is a small shop that offers products from small farms and a selection of craft beers.

The lower floor is occupied by the pub, which offers 10 Elav beers on tap in continuous rotation, a station for classic cocktails and a selection of natural wines; there is also a theatre space that hosts events, shows, live music, screenings, courses, seminars and much more.
