RED is an acronym for "Ricerca e Degustazione" or Research and Tasting, the two concepts that define this wonderful wine bar in Borgo San Leonardo.
Owners Fabio and Fabio have created a calm and sophisticated setting where no detail has been overlooked, inviting visitors in for a break from the fast passage of time.

The idea behind RED was to promote "Made in Italy" through an innovative selection of traditional Italian produce and more.

The RED kitchen creates delicious dishes with seasonal produce from the Bergamo area and the rest of Italy. The well-stocked wine cellar offers guests the chance to taste national and international wines, all carefully selected from small artisanal or family wineries.

Ideal for dinner or an aperitivo.
